2017 was a year of change for setting priorities for my health. I had been dealing with relatively minor issues, and did not want them to become more serious…PLUS, I HAVE STUFF TO DO!
Realizing that aging certainly brings challenges, I am committed to keeping my strength, flexibility, and well being as optimal as possible, and to help others do the same. This page will provide information and support for those who are ready to make their health a priority.
In the beginning, it was overwhelming.
Habits to break, cravings to eliminate, weight to shed, ESPECIALLY… eating LOTS of sugar. Changes that occurred in one year were most encouraging.
I am passionate about sharing information, tools, resources, recommendations, and offering support for those interested in tackling health concerns.

The primary intention is to MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE. Very gentle, subtle movement can be greatly beneficial. The support I can provide, as you choose health, can make all the difference in your success.
I KNOW. Without the support, coaching, and necessary compassionate accountability of my coach and teachers, it would not have been achievable for me.
Simple, easy to implement changes can prove to be beneficial, and it certainly wouldn’t hurt.
